Place-shaping through cultural innovation

Creative Arc is a strategic collaboration between the University of Exeter and Exeter City Council to create a programme and network focusing on cultural innovation to shape place.

By bringing together interdisciplinary teams of practitioners, community groups, academics and Design Thinking facilitators, we explore the ways in which creative activity can contribute to ‘pride in place’.

Changing the world is possible.

Over the next two years, Creative Arc will commission creative projects that work within the themes of Health & Wellbeing, Environmental Sustainability, and People & Place-shaping.

Opportunities

Over the next two years, we will be providing opportunities for creative practitioners, researchers, community groups, third sector organisations and the public to get involved with projects and/or join our growing network of cultural innovators.
